Ms. Solache is a DV and SA victim from two previous father's of her adult children. The father of her youngest child (11) was not abusive but they have been separated since 2013. Ms. Solache would like to see if she is eligible for U-Visa and get assistance in applying for it.
Client filed the Asylum application pro se with assistance from advocacy org and received a I-797 on 09/04/2020. He needs local representation for his asylum case.
