Applicant (A) is a survivor of human trafficking. She is currently in the US under a temporary Visa that expires 11/2022. Applicant seeks assistance in knowing her options to remain in the US long term.

Survivor seeks help with modification of custody for two children in Harris Co and possibly protective order. Adverse party assaulted her in Jan 2020 and she was provided with a MOEP. The criminal case is still pending. Adverse party continues to harass her during the MOEP and after. Survivor wants supervised access for Adverse Party.
