. Ms. Sissie Zamarripass is in dire need of assistance. She is disabled and has a disabled son. Her fear of not getting help is extremely high. Please contact her as quickly as possible. Dulce is a survivor with pending U visa and VAWA applications. She has six U.S. citizen children and her marital status is single. She is in need of family law services for custody and child support and is also interested in a protective order. Christopher Davila, one of her adverse parties (AP) is the father of her youngest child whom she has been separated from. AP was physically violent to Dulce during their relationship and has continued to harass her since. He was arrested, charged, and convicted for violent assault including strangulation.

Victim was dv assault victim who wants D to stay away. D has been returning to property multiple times and even been there when Victim was not there. Victim is trying to get away from him. Victim stated his behavior has been escalating. Victim is scared she has no plan for future. 

Ms. Kelly Thompson is disabled. Has several issues that need assistance and advice on difficult situations.  Caused by her offender. 

I am a victim of domestic violence. I am seeking to leave the state to go to an live in a sober community in another state. 

I have been told I can not do this because I am on probation. I am behind on my penalty money. 

But for my safety and best health, I should take the opportunity to go to a sober living home. The one I chose is out of state. Need help working through the legal system to have this happen. 

Victim came to USA with his 2 children. Abusive spouse kicked him and his children out to home, took his vehicle and put their home for sale. She obtained credit cards under his name and demands he send her money to pay her expenses. 

Victim and his children are currently homeless, living at the star of hope shelter in Houston. Abusive spouse filed for divorce in Brazoria County. 

Needing help with U-visa/immigartion - Daugher and mother listed victims of crimes.
