While assisting client with another case, she indicated she had her rights terminated to her older child with OP in this case. OAG continued to take support out of Cl's pay checks, tax returns, and her pandemic stimulus check after the termination order. Cl learned OAG never got a copy of the termination order. The case was out of Williamson County. She would like assistance to recoup the monies that were paid out for medical/child support after her rights were terminated.
