Client needs help as father wants to sign voluntary relinquishment of parental rights. He is willing but she doesn't know what he needs to sign. She also needs to get a passport for her son but doesn't know what form she will need the father to sign. Father is not involved at all with child. She does not want to pursue child support because she does not want a court order that gives him any visitation rights.

Applicant would like assistance with both divorce and PO matters.  OP has filed for divorce in Hidalgo County where the parties lived and own property.  Applicant is currently in Brazoria county - two months - but wants to proceed in the Hidalgo County action as she plans to move back there.  

Parties have 5 children together.  1 adult child, 4 minor children.  OP SA three COM (two minors, one adult child) of the marriage.  Details to be relayed after confirmation of referral.  

Applicant seeking assistance with SAPCR in Montgomrey County. DV in relationship with last incident involving a threat to end applicant's life. Applicant is in emergency shelter. Adverse party filed SAPCR. Current temporary orders hearing on 4/20 but Applicant intends to seek a continuance in case so she can find an attorney. Parties have not attended mediation. 

Single mother with 3 month old baby states she is being harassed by the father of her child.  Victim has made several reports with police.  Victim advises she would like help obtaining a protective order and assistance with child support/custody.  Victim believes the suspect has hacked her bank account, email, and states the suspect is making false reports to the nursing board in an attempt to ruin the victim's career. 

Joint Custody between Herman Hopper and Amanda DeShayes. The parties have twin girls age 14. One of the girls are a victim of Sexual Assault. The assault occurred while in the custody of Amanda DeShayes. Herman Hopper removed children from bio-mothers home and girls have been living with father and step-mother. Father and step-mother is afraid that bio-mother will continue to allow the girls to be put in harms way. The only documentation that the parties have are Joint Custody papers.
