Applicant seeking assistance with SAPCR in Montgomrey County. DV in relationship with last incident involving a threat to end applicant's life. Applicant is in emergency shelter. Adverse party filed SAPCR. Current temporary orders hearing on 4/20 but Applicant intends to seek a continuance in case so she can find an attorney. Parties have not attended mediation. 

Single mother with 3 month old baby states she is being harassed by the father of her child.  Victim has made several reports with police.  Victim advises she would like help obtaining a protective order and assistance with child support/custody.  Victim believes the suspect has hacked her bank account, email, and states the suspect is making false reports to the nursing board in an attempt to ruin the victim's career.
