Client is in need of counseling servies, she was a victim of DV by adverse party. adverse party is also charged with continuous sexual abuse of their child and clinet also wants counseling to be able to handle this matter and help daughter. 

This case is disposed with our office, however; originally the victim, Alexis, was able to move to her mother's house in Corpus Christi. Her mother has since passed away and she contacted me about questions with her PO and what to do about her living situation.  The defendant in this case works for UPS and delivers in the neighborhood where she has been forced to stay, which is with her Aunt.  The kids also ride the bus to that address, so she is concerned he will see her getting them off the bus if he's delivering in the area when they arrive home.

AFV victim- Defendant is brother. Lived on same property. Family kicked him out of home and changed locks, unable to get his belongings. Is living in his car with his wife. He stated he is terrified to go back to the home/property. Stated he has been denied CAC, St Vincent and Salvation army (I'm not sure why). He stated his Social Security claim was also denied and he has Parkinson's Disease. He would like assistance with an appeal.  They also need assistance with CVC, as without a residence they cannot receive the documents mailed to them by CVC.

Tambra is the aunt of Brittany's daughter Kayliee. Kayliee disclosed sexual abuse from her stepfather. CPS placed Kayliee and her brother with Tambra for their safety. CPS gave the children back to Brittany if she had a stable home. When Brittany went to pick up the children she took one of three, and left Kayliee and bother with Tambra. Tambra wants to have custody of the children if Brittany does not want them.
