Victim is an ice cream shop owner located next to adverse party and neighboring barber shop owner. Victim has an active criminal case in which she is a listed victim, adverse party will not stop harassing and affecting victim's place of business--victim has made the building manager aware of the active case and reason she requests to terminate her building lease. Victim has been told by the building manager that she cannot break her 5-year lease, or the building manager will sue her--manager aware of the active case and adverse party's behavior.

On going divorce/SAPCR case for a current legal client.  Client is in need of representation as current attorney is leaving the organization.  Opposing party hired new legal counsel after previous attorney had attempted multiple times to encourage an agreement, and opposing party refused to attend mediation or provide required documentation necessary for trial.
