Client is a citizen of Mexico from Cd. Mante, Tamaulipas, Mexico. She immigrated here in 1995 and entered through Reynosa/McAllen, TX border. She entered w/o inspection.

She remained in the US and was never caught.

Client is a victim of human sex trafficking. There is a current sex trafficking case open. Client wants assistance with obtaining a U-Visa and/or T-Visa.

Client wants to adjust her immigration status under VAWA or U-VISA due to DV from her husband. He is a LPR.

Client needs help with a divorce and a protective order for her and her child. Husband was arrested for Assault-FM. Her son has a disability and is with her. We helped her fill out a pro se Petition for Divorce. She is really afraid of him and needs a protective order. Husband may be sent to ICE custody soon and NEEDS TO BE SERVED QUICKLY WHERE HE IS DETAINED AT (SEE BELOW) or she will have problems divorcing him later in court. Husband has a lengthy history of committing FV against her (but likely no criminal history for husband).

Client needs help with a divorce and a protective order for her and her three kids due to being a victim of FM. Husband (Gamez) is an alcoholic, very controlling and emotionally abusive. One of the children is autistic and has special needs. Husband has some history of FM. Also, she needs help relocating with the children and settling into a new apartment. He destroyed all of their belongings in the apartment that they shared together.

PNC is immigrant present on tourist visa. Husband/adverse party uses marriage to threaten w/ deportation. PNC went back to MX recently and intends on coming back. There is Assault family violence. She is seeking divorce and assistance with VAWA immigration help. 

20 year old victim was in a  dating relationship with the suspect. They have been broken up for approximately one year. Shortly after the break up the suspect sent nude photos of the victim to an unknown person with out her consent. The victim made a police report with HPD but the case was closed out. The victim now lives in Pasadena, TX. She recently received text messages and phone calls from approximately 15 different phone numbers from people stating they have received nude photos of her.

Client is from Guatemala and is undocumented. She already has an Asylum process in effect. Due to a recent DV incident by her boyfriend that occurred October 27, 2025, she may qualify for a U-Visa. Client needs assistance with applying for U-Visa.

Applicant was victim of domestic violence by this individual. Abuser fled the United States due to issues with police and abuse against applicant. In 03/2024 applicant applied for divorce from abuser, and unable to complete divorce because the judge said she needs and attorney because abuser is not in U.S.
