Ms. Quintero shares four children with Mr. Arredondo. She was recently the victim of a DV incident which Mr. Arredondo was the abuser. Ms. Quintero states she currently has a protective order and she would like assistance getting child custody/visitation modified. The parties were never married. Ms. Quintero is in fear of her safety and that of her children. She is unsure what her options are to legally protect herself. 

On 01/30/24, Spanish speaking victim reported that her husband had sexually and physically assaulted her. Victim added there was a history of unreported domestic violence. The suspect was arrested and charged with Continuous Family Violence, Harris County Cause #185372401010.  The victim stated she is in need of a divorce and child custody order. The victim was granted an emergency protection order but she would like assistance filing for a civil protection order.

Domestic violence survivor seeks assistance with immigration. She has 2 children and is no longer living with AP, but is seeking assistance in obtaining a U-Visa.

Ms. Esquivel reported being physically assaulted by her child's father/fiancé, Mr. Garcia. Parties share a 20-month-old daughter who Mr. Garcia also forcibly grabbed when he assaulted Ms. Esquivel back on 12/8/23. The couple have been together for approximately four years. The victim also has a six-year-old son from a previous relationship.

Opposing party has filed in Harris County pro se. A lot of verbal, financial, and mental abuse over course of the marriage. Opposing party would not let her get a driver's license or a job. Separated in February of 2023. She hasn't had possession of children since then. Visits are on his terms. Is looking for SPO and make-up time. Client has been given forms to file pro-se and a letter certifying her eligibility for services. 

Client is victim of domestic violence. In December 2023, she contacted police after husband beat her. Police did not make an arrest and abuser returned. She fled with her children to a women's shelter in Beaumont. Victim blocked abuser on her cell phone, but he has tried calling her. Please assist with emergency protective order. 

Protective order and SAPCR for client needed against perpetrator.  Perpetrator has a history of stalking the client in the past and has gone on the run with the child previously.  

Grandparent currently has possession of child after Father told grandparent to pick up child.  Father attempted to take child home and called Tomball PD but child was afraid to go with Father because of past abuse.  Grandparent is seeking rights to keep child in her possession and potentially a protective order against child's father. Current CPS investigation ongoing.
