Client is very concerned about the living conditions of her disabled adult daughter. She as received texts and phone calls from her daughter claiming that she is not having her medical needs met and attacked by other residents in her group home.  Her ex-husband has guardianship over their daughter but is not taking daughter's reports or clients concerns seriously.  Last report she had from her ex husband is that her daughter was admitted to a psychiatric facility in Houston. Wants to pursue obtaining guardianship over daughter.  Original guardianship order was issued out of Ft.

Custody orders are in place, but the father of her children kept them well after the summer vacation period he was allowed to keep them.

Suspected exploitation of my mother's finance by her friend. Living conditions are horrible due to the amount of animals that are in the home. Everytime I talk with my mother they have gotten a new animal or one of many cats has had more kittens. Mom has had 5 mini strokes since September 2020. She also has a diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder but refuses to take medication.
